Job Summary
Greet guests with professionalism, learn customer needs, and demonstrate furniture features to guide them through product options and value tiers. Process sales orders accurately, including financing and related paperwork, while maintaining showroom displays and ensuring floor models are clean and presentation-ready. Set and work toward personal and team sales goals, coaching and supporting team members in delivering excellent customer service. Perform additional duties as assigned to support the showroom and the team. This role requires 8+ hours per day, 40+ hours per week, with weekends and holidays required.

- Communication skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents; ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from customers /employees, ability to effectively present information to top management, middle management, or employees. Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations. Ability to write clearly and informatively; edit work for English structure usage.
- Computer skills: Ability to work with word processing, spreadsheet, and database software applications.
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve problems promptly; gather and analyze information skillfully; develop alternative solutions; work well in group problem-solving situations; use reason even when dealing with emotional topics.
