Monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter theft, respond to alarms, and enforce contract standards while maintaining a commanding presence. Communicate constantly with the manager on duty regarding suspicious activity, implement loss prevention strategies, and administer site safety programs. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries or concerns. This standing/walking retail security role requires a flexible schedule including weekends and an active Maryland Guard Card.
