Job Summary
Conduct home health visits for adult and geriatric clients across Davidson, Randolph, Chatham, and Lee counties in North Carolina. Execute assigned duties including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and procedures while following designated care plans. Perform client assessments, monitor conditions, and report changes to Clinical or Client Services Managers. Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet, ensuring proper follow-up on doctors' orders. Manage case coordination and time independently for 1:1 visits. Requires a current North Carolina RN license with at least one year of recent home health experience. Base pay starts at $55+ per point.
Required Qualifications
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Experience in home health
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned
Desired Qualifications
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
