Job Summary
Conduct home health visits for adult and geriatric clients across Davidson, Randolph, Chatham, and Lee counties. Follow designated care plans to administer medications, perform wound care, and execute doctor's orders while monitoring client conditions. Perform client assessments, manage case coordination, and accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a touch pad tablet. Report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager as needed. Requires a current North Carolina RN license, one year of recent clinical experience, and home health experience. Base pay starts at $55+ per point.
Required Qualifications
- A current license as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina
- A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
- Experience in home health
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned
Desired Qualifications
- Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
