Job Summary
Partner with clients to understand business challenges and organizational needs, develop and implement people and culture strategies, and act as a trusted advisor on performance, development, workforce planning, and employee relations. Drive policies and programs across the global People function, analyze people-related data to identify risks and opportunities, provide guidance to managers and leadership, maintain confidential information, and support ad hoc initiatives. Strong collaboration, change-management mindset, and ability to work across time zones in a role that can be performed in an office, remote, or hybrid environment in Canada. Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., UKG, Workday, SuccessFactors) and a solid understanding of Canadian labour laws (Ontario and Quebec) are preferred, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and French.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Education or equivalent HR experience
- Bilingual English/French speaking and writing
