Copy of Licensed Practical Nurse

Perform practical nursing work under the general supervision of a registered nurse, ensuring provision of resident care services consistent with accepted standards. Assign duties to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) as appropriate. Maintain a current, valid state Licensed Practical Nurse license.
