Job Summary
Junior Google DialogFlow Engineer (Python) to design, develop, and deploy chatbots and voice bots using Dialogflow CX and Google Cloud technologies. Responsibilities include crafting maintainable code, building custom components/tools for chatbot ecosystems, integrating with backend systems and APIs, utilizing NLP/ML/LLM techniques (including TTS, STT, SSML), and staying current with chatbot development trends. Requires 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Contact Center AI Bot framework and Python for backend development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years hands-on experience with Google Cloud Contact Center AI Bot framework
- Hands-on experience with Python for backend development, API integrations, and chatbot orchestration
- Proficient in NLP, NLU, ML, and Conversational AI
- Extensive experience with Dialogflow CX, including the new LLM (playbook) feature
- Solid understanding of Google as a SaaS platform
- Proven troubleshooting and analytical skills in complex, distributed environments
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases
- Experience integrating web services into applications
