Manage property cleanup, grass cutting, seasonal snow removal, and floor care including vacuuming, auto scrubbing, waxing, and buffing. Maintain checklists and reports for change rooms, washrooms, showers, and parking areas while assisting with minor maintenance and ice maintenance during peak periods. Requires a high school education, valid driver's license, Building Service Worker Certificate, and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and call outs.
