Job Summary
Design multimedia, graphics, and video projects in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts, project managers, and production teams. Develop and test online courseware, analyze performance data, and recommend improvements while creating training plans and guiding the validation phase. Edit written curriculum content for accuracy and apply the ADDIE model to design instructional materials including scripts. Lead project intake activities by coordinating scope, storyboarding, and managing approvals. Provide educational consultation throughout multimedia development stages and analyze student feedback to drive actionable improvements. Work on-site at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in educational technology, Instructional Design, or related field; or 5 years of applied experience in ISD techniques
- Demonstrated experience in at least two of the following areas: Learning theory or educational psychology, Instructional design principles and methods, Educational assessment and testing design, Instructional product development
- Proficiency with modern educational technologies, such as: Adobe Captivate, SCORM-compliant content development, Gaming, 3D modeling, simulation, and virtual reality tools
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently, and effective interpersonal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Teams, Zoom, and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information and adhere to Non-Disclosure Agreement requirements
- Ability to work on site in Dayton, Ohio
- US Citizen
