Job Summary
Greet guests and create a welcoming atmosphere while delivering attentive service. Responsibilities include managing the open-table seating program, recording waitlists with guest names and party sizes, seating guests to balance guest flow, presenting menus, and ensuring tables meet Lago East Bank’s standards. Must be comfortable standing for extended periods, able to lift up to 25 pounds, and possess excellent English communication and basic computer skills. Experience as a host/hostess is required (2 years). The role supports guest satisfaction, familiarizes staff with regular guests’ preferences, and contributes to running food when needed. Summer 2026 program in Cleveland, OH.
