Provide 1:1 and group instruction to support student online learning toward earning a high school diploma. Coordinate student education and training to ensure progress and completion of the Job Corps program leading to quality full-time jobs, higher education, or advanced training. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and integrity of student data. Demonstrate ability to manage classroom environment and discipline for effective learning. Apply competency-based instruction, computer management instruction, and cooperative-learning techniques. Tailor facilitation to diverse learning needs and preferences. Make recommendations for policy and curriculum revisions. Participate in evaluations of student progress. Provide appropriate personal and educational guidance to students.
