Job Summary
Conduct cost estimates, bills of quantities, and value engineering while preparing cost plans, assessments, and reports for iconic global projects. Liaise with project stakeholders, designers, architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to drive commercial outcomes and manage change orders through final account close-out. Assist in tendering and evaluation processes to ensure best possible commercial results for clients. This 24-month graduate development program includes company-paid professional accreditation with RICS or BQSM, mentorship from industry leaders, peer coaching, and flexible working arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in quantity surveying, cost management/ engineering, project & facilities management or equivalent
- Knowledge of main cost management concepts, tools and techniques
- Ability to work in a fast paced and high-pressure environment as part of a committed team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
