Job Summary
Conduct sweeping, dusting, damp mopping, and vacuuming to maintain daily facility cleanliness. Perform carpet extraction, floor stripping and waxing, trash removal, and restroom sanitization. Wash windows, clean desks and entryways, and polish outside areas within 10 feet of entryways. Execute any additional duties directed by the custodial supervisor. Work the 2nd shift from 3 PM to 11 PM Monday through Friday in a physically demanding environment requiring lifting up to 50 pounds and extensive walking. Pass a criminal background check and possess reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree preferred but not required
- Must be able to pass criminal background check
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, wipe, push and pull
- The ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 25 pound on a frequent basis, up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis
- Extensive walking and standing for the duration of the shift
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks with production and service time frames as established by the company
- Ability to work with various temperatures extreme from hot to cold
- Full Time / 2nd Shift, 3PM to 11PM / Mon-Fri
