Job Summary
Fleet Vehicle Mechanic responsible for inspections and diagnostic tests to determine condition of vans/step vans and other fleet vehicles (gas, diesel, medium/heavy-duty). Conduct preventive maintenance, repair deficiencies, and perform test drives to verify performance. Ensure compliance with federal and state vehicle requirements; maintain detailed service/repair records; manage shop equipment and inventory; evaluate service/part options to control costs; provide clear communication to clients and contribute to team tasks. Be prepared for field inspections/repairs in various weather conditions and perform related duties to support operations and customer service.
Required Qualifications
- GED
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proven experience as a mechanic Min 3-4 Years Experience
- Own Tools needed
- Must Pass Background
