Contract Field Infusion Nurse (RN) delivering in-home and outpatient IV infusions per physician orders across the Inland Empire with occasional assignments in Los Angeles County. Responsibilities include performing in-home or off-site infusions, patient education and monitoring during and after infusions, accurate documentation, managing infusion-related equipment and medication handling, and coordinating with the care team for patient safety.
