Planify and execute operational and technological projects across NAPA stores and distribution centers, from software implementation to facility renovations. Establish business rules and document processes while tracking project progress, budget variances, and timeline deviations. Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure initiatives meet financial and scheduling targets, followed by post-implementation operational support on the ground. Manage deployment activities within distribution centers and address user inquiries to identify and correct process anomalies. Requires a university degree in operations management, five years of supply chain experience including two to three years in improvement and implementation projects, and bilingual French/English proficiency. Candidate must be willing to travel one week per month.
