Job Summary
On-site role in Northvale, NJ, focused on inventory optimization and demand planning across Ecommerce, Amazon, and Wholesale channels. You will assist in planning companywide forecasts, coordinate inventory from purchasing to warehouse, develop line-level monthly demand plans, and collaborate with international partners, VP of Merchandising, finance, and senior leadership. You’ll analyze SKU-level detail for sizing and purchasing strategies, maintain product attribute data in ERP/PLM, place purchase orders with factories, and coordinate with 3PL providers to manage labor forecasting and inbound inventory. The position emphasizes delivering in-depth demand planning reports, identifying opportunities and risks, and supporting cross-functional planning processes.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in business or related field (preferred); 2+ years in demand, inventory, or financial planning; familiarity with demand planning software; advanced Excel knowledge; strong analytical, communication, organizational, and project management skills.
