Job Summary
Lead 2nd shift production operations for an onsite injection-molding manufacturing environment. Supervise shift personnel, coordinate with maintenance and quality teams, enforce safety policies, and drive productivity to meet targets. Utilize ERP/MRP systems for tracking production, inventory, and performance metrics; conduct root-cause analyses and implement corrective actions; coach and develop shift staff; coordinate staffing to meet demand and minimize downtime. Ensure products meet specifications and quality standards, stopping production when issues arise and partnering with the Quality team on improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (required)
- Ability to manage production, safety, and personnel issues in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to work 2nd shift hours
