Copy Center Specialist

Job Summary
Process print and copy requests, operate copiers and printers, and ensure quality control for color accuracy and alignment. Monitor production schedules, audit printing charges, and manage inventory of paper and toner. Coordinate equipment servicing with vendors and serve as the primary liaison to campus departments. Drive a university vehicle to deliver print jobs, paper supplies, and mail across campus while picking up materials. Collect, sort, and distribute interoffice and U.S. mail using postage meters and package-receiving software. Prepare monthly supply charge reports and install employee nameplates.
Required Qualifications
- Post high school training
- 1+ years of experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven service environment
- Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to work non-routine hours during certain times of the year
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to traverse campus and stairs
- Ability to lift/move objects up to 50 pounds
- Ability to frequently bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and move print materials, mail, and supplies
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, or wind
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Equivalent experience to Bachelor's degree
- Coursework or training in printing and graphic communications, operations support, logistics, or a related field
- Xerox Production Print Certification
- Certified Administrative Professional (CAP)
- Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification
- Experience in customer service
- Experience in print production
- Experience in inventory and supply management
- Experience in administrative support
- Experience in vendor coordination
- Experience in records management
