Job Summary
Run developmental lacrosse classes for children ages 2–10, adhering to Coppermine standards and ensuring a safe, positive atmosphere. Welcome new players and their families, clean and store all gear appropriately after sessions, and communicate any injuries to the Coordinator. Lead classes punctually with enthusiasm, participate in required staff trainings and meetings, and commit to the full 10-week session. This role supports the team's goal of fostering fun, skill-building experiences for young athletes.
Required Qualifications
- Lacrosse experience (playing or coaching)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to inspire and manage children of varying skill levels
- Committed to completing the majority of the 10-week session
