Job Summary
Drive large-scale Microsoft 365 Copilot rollouts, feature deployments, and service transformations while managing scope, budget, and resources using Agile frameworks. Translate complex business challenges into technical specifications and architectural decisions to evaluate cloud service architectures for Copilot readiness. Act as the primary technical advisor during pre-sales proposals, demos, and workshops, showcasing standard Copilot features to global stakeholders and C-level executives. Manage and prioritize the technical backlog for global tenant administration, security, and permissions while executing rollout communication and change management strategies. Partner with Cloud Native and AI-driven experts to integrate custom AI agents with complex enterprise systems. This role supports Zoi's mission to transform manufacturing and retail enterprises through AI-first strategies that deliver measurable business value. Fluent in English (C1) with German (C1) skills are required.
