Job Summary
Design and implement enterprise-grade Microsoft 365 and Copilot architectures aligned with business strategies, defining governance frameworks for AI agents and workflows. Architect integrations using Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and PowerShell, while developing Generative AI solutions through prompt engineering. Establish security, identity, and compliance standards across Microsoft Entra, Conditional Access, and Zero Trust principles, supporting Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online environments. Conduct architecture reviews to identify risks and recommend scalable solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation. This role requires 9+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies and enterprise architecture, offering a salary range of Rs 1500000 - Rs 3000000 for a full-time position in India.
Required Qualifications
- 9+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies, enterprise architecture, digital workplace, or related technology roles
- Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365 architecture and governance
- Proven experience with Microsoft Copilot, M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Copilot Agents
- Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, and AI-enabled enterprise solutions
- Experience with Microsoft Graph API, Graph Connectors, REST APIs, and PowerShell automation
- Strong knowledge of Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Dataverse
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Entra, Conditional Access, Zero Trust, and enterprise security
- Experience with SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, Defender, and Microsoft Purview
- Strong understanding of information governance, DLP, compliance, sensitivity labels, and eDiscovery
- Excellent architecture, documentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and business audiences
- Experience working in large enterprise environments with strong security and governance requirements
