Job Summary
Field Service Technician role responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing office technology equipment including copiers, printers, and multifunction devices. Perform preventative maintenance, install/configure equipment at customer sites, provide on-site customer support, maintain service records, and efficiently manage a service territory while working independently within a supportive team. Bonus points for experience in copier/printer repair, automotive, appliance repair, cable/satellite installation, HVAC/electrical work, IT/networking support, and military technical experience.
