Job Summary
Field Service Technician role focusing on diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing office technology equipment (copiers, printers, multifunction devices). Responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance, installing/configuring equipment at customer locations, delivering excellent on-site customer support, maintaining service records, and efficiently managing assigned territory and service schedule. Requires the ability to work independently with a customer-service mindset and a valid driver’s license; hands-on mechanical/technical background or related experience is welcome and training is offered. Bonus points for copier/printer repair, automotive, appliance, cable/satellite installation, HVAC/electrical, IT/networking, or military technical experience. Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
