Job Summary
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair office technology equipment including copiers, printers, and multifunction devices at customer locations. Perform preventive maintenance, install and configure new units, and provide technical support during onsite visits while maintaining accurate service records. Manage your assigned territory and service schedule efficiently, working independently with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Utilize strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills to resolve issues across Konica Minolta, HP, Sharp, and Canon systems.
