Job Summary
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair office technology equipment including copiers, printers, and multifunction devices at customer locations. Perform preventive maintenance, install and configure new units, and manage your assigned territory while maintaining accurate service records. Provide technical support and repair updates directly to customers during onsite visits. Work independently with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, utilizing company-provided tools to complete service calls efficiently.
