Diagnose and fix a variety of office technologies, including installing and configuring basic networking settings, print drivers, and scan settings. Assist with setup and delivery of equipment to achieve expected productivity and proficiency levels. Maintain strong technical expertise and customer relations skills to deliver reliable solutions and build lasting customer relationships.
