Job Summary
Hands-on kitchen leadership to ensure food quality, cost control, kitchen culture, and operational excellence in a high-volume, full-service environment. Drives adherence to recipes, specs, systems, and food standards; manages food and labor costs; schedules for efficiency; trains and develops BOH staff; maintains food safety and sanitation; partners with General Manager to hit financial and operational goals; ensures consistently high-quality guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Kitchen Management experience in a full-service restaurant
