Job Summary
Perform various production processes to manufacture technical ceramics and metals in compliance with work order instructions. Inspect parts for quality standards and report non-conforming items to supervisors. Load, unload, stack, and transport product using hand-trucks, forklifts, cranes, or hoists while maintaining work area cleanliness. Wear required personal protective equipment at all times. Work within a team environment to meet departmental goals, demonstrating attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to understand and act on verbal and written instructions
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction)
- Ability to identify bad product from good
- Must exhibit attention to detail
- Excellent listening skills
- Must be able to work with a diverse variety of people from different cultures and backgrounds
- Must wear required personal protective equipment at all times in areas where mandatory
