Define strategic health and safety objectives with leadership, develop and monitor prevention policies, and conduct audits to identify risks and non-compliant practices. Collaborate with departments to create action plans for risk mitigation, lead the safety committee, and organize training sessions. Initiate accident investigations, maintain detailed records of incidents, and coordinate emergency response and first aid activities. Establish performance indicators and communicate results to the organization. Work with HR on onboarding and integration events. Lead safety initiatives in a new modern facility to build a preventive safety culture at the plant.
