Job Summary
Coordinate internal communications and employee experience for Cirque du Soleil, focusing on developing and maintaining digital internal communication platforms (intranet, corporate social network, internal TV), organizing inspiring internal events (face-to-face, virtual, hybrid) including onboarding sessions and conferences, and producing multimedia content (text, graphics, photo, video, audio). Contribute to the overall internal communications strategy, measure and monitor employee engagement, train internal partners to follow best practices in digital communications, and manage team projects and survey analyses. Requires university degree, SharePoint proficiency, multitasking, teamwork, adaptability, and fluency in French and English; experience with multimedia content production is an asset.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in a relevant discipline
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
- Experience in corporate or agency context
- Moderate to advanced understanding of SharePoint
- Experience in multimedia content production (graphic design, video) a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong teamwork and initiative
- Capacity to manage multiple projects and training initiatives
