Job Summary
MEP Project Coordinator at Broccolini coordinates all MEP aspects of construction projects, assists the Project Manager in organizing and coordinating MEP tasks, liaises with subcontractors during tendering to obtain pricing and update trade lists, coordinates plans and shop drawings, attends project meetings and prepares minutes, manages change orders, handles RFIs using construction management software, and provides support to site teams and Health & Safety. Requires 3-5 years of MEP construction experience or equivalent, an engineering degree or technical diploma in Mechanical or Electrical, understanding of contract terms and financials, strong MEP knowledge with basic architectural/civil understanding, proficiency with Procore/Textura/Microsoft Excel/Project (asset), and bilingual French-English considered an asset.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of MEP construction experience or equivalent
- Engineering degree or technical diploma in Mechanical or Electrical
- Understanding of contract terms and financials related to construction projects
- Strong knowledge of MEP with basic understanding of architectural and civil disciplines
- Experience with Procore, Textura, Microsoft Excel & Project is an asset
- Bilingualism (French and English) considered an asset
