Evaluate store limitations, needs, and architecture to improve product presentation. Ensure stores are visually appealing and stocked for opening by establishing a stocking rotation and monitoring inventory quantities. Label items and execute product and lighting merchandising strategies in-store and in windows. Communicate visual presentation standards to sales teams and train staff on maintaining those norms. Collaborate with the Merchandising Coordinator on short- and long-term strategies while reinforcing the brand strategy established at headquarters. Stay informed on upcoming collections and newsletters to establish a plan for new arrivals. Full-time position (40 hours/week) with competitive salary and 100% paid collective insurance. Requires a valid driver's license and car access.
