Job Summary
Analyze license requests from accounting, sales, customers, and partners to understand needs and configurations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities. Communicate professionally with customers regarding delivery status and questions. Generate and deliver software licenses using internal tools while ensuring accuracy and compliance. Act as an expert user of license generation systems to identify workflow improvements and contribute to continuous process optimization initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- DES in a relevant field such as Information Technology (IT) or computer-related fields
- Studies or training in Business administration or operations
- Office automation or administrative studies
- Customer service, sales operations, or equivalent professional training
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a role related to customer service, sales support, operations, or administrative coordination
- Experience interacting with customers or internal stakeholders in a service-oriented context
- French is mandatory
- Knowledge of English is required for communication with international clients
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and reliability
- Professional communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple requests and work under deadlines
- Resourceful and comfortable navigating ambiguous situations to obtain clarifications
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Office 365
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and/or NAV)
- Background or interest in process improvement, operations, or systems optimization
