Coordinate building activities by fulfilling the Master of Works' expectations within a coordination mission, ensuring all contractors deliver the completed building on time without accidents or injuries. Manage the co-activity of all construction enterprises while adhering to labor prevention principles under Article L.4121-2. Write clearly and teach effectively to guide teams toward safe, timely project completion. This role is based on the Syntec convention and requires a Level 1-3 competency certificate with five years of validity or ten years of equivalent experience.
