Job Summary

Coordonnateur Outillage / Team Lead Tooling Specialist – lead the tooling team for Airbus A220 program, coordinating technical planners for tooling estimation/purchasing, develop ROMs and delivery timelines, manage strategic tooling contracts, drive supplier relationships, ensure on-time delivery, and present project progress; require engineering degree or equivalent, 10+ years in industrial/aéronautique sectors, experience in planning/cost management, cross-functional coordination, and strong communication across engineers, technicians, and stakeholders. Hybrid work arrangement based in Mirabel, QC, Canada with responsibilities spanning Mirabel and Mobile sites, and opportunity for national/international mobility; benefits include salary, annual bonus, benefits, pension, and employee development programs.

Required Qualifications

  • engineering degree or equivalent
  • minimum 10 years of experience in industrial sector or similar role
  • experience coordinating a team or cross-functional project management
  • experience with planning, tracking, deadlines, costs and coordination across teams
  • ability to work with external suppliers and oversee manufacturing/assembly of equipment
  • strong organizational skills, rigor, and attention to detail
  • ability to communicate with clients and stakeholders

Desired Qualifications

  • experience with planning, scheduling, cost control and coordinating between multiple teams
  • ability to work with external suppliers and oversee manufacturing/assembly of equipment

  • bilingual English/French (French and English)
  • knowledge of tooling/outillage and FAL (Final Assembly Lines) environments
  • ability to lead multi-departmental meetings and engage collaborators
  • experience in budgeting, KPI definition and reporting to management
