Job Summary
Coordinate daily maintenance schedules for electrical and mechanical engineers to ensure complete factory upkeep, analyzing priorities and optimizing work processes. Lead a team in executing maintenance tasks while suggesting equipment and method improvements to minimize downtime across planned, mechanical, and electrical delays. Enforce health, safety, and environmental rules within the maintenance group, including ArcelorMittal's 10 Golden Rules, and support coordinators in refining diagnostic and execution methods. Manage the annual maintenance budget, track expenditures, and implement action plans to eliminate performance gaps and reduce costs. Contribute directly to annual stop planning and adhere to collective agreement standards.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience in the manufacturing domain, ideally in a technical or industrial environment
- Diploma of college studies in electrical engineering, electromechanical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or any other relevant field
- Mastery of production equipment technologies and their specifications
- Knowledge of management methods, planning, and control of production, as well as raw materials management
- Ability to manage time and priorities effectively in a dynamic environment
- Ability to plan, analyze, and organize processes to optimize them
- Excellent interpersonal skills, natural leadership, and ability to work autonomously
- Mastery of computer tools, including SAP and Microsoft Office suite
- Prioritizing health and safety by promoting good practices and integrating the 10 Golden Rules of ArcelorMittal daily
