Coordonnateur Santé et Sécurité et Environnement / HSE Coordinator

Lead the Safety, Security, and Environment committee and conduct daily floor tours to monitor compliance with regulatory standards and equipment inspections. Document and analyze accidents, incidents, and environmental events while performing risk assessments for factory, office, and new projects. Maintain up-to-date emergency procedures, lockout/tagout sheets, and hot work protocols, then organize annual emergency drills. Manage data entries in SOFI and Quentic systems for gases, water, waste, and accidents, and ensure all ISO, legal, and FM Global audits are completed. Select and approve personal protective equipment, review safety data sheets for new products, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the HSE framework.
