Job Summary
Answer questions from surgeons and patients regarding intraocular procedures, maintain tracking sheets and monthly statistical reports, and receive and process approval of cataract surgery by medical directors. Identify and solve problems as they arise while planning, organizing, and scheduling patients for surgery days. Work comfortably standing for long periods in the operating room with precision and accuracy. This temporary full-time role offers in-house training for the Surgical Assistant position and includes a quarterly bonus, 3 weeks of vacation, and a free LASIK surgery. Candidates must speak French and have advanced intermediate English, with healthcare experience and EMR system knowledge being assets.
Required Qualifications
- You have excellent communication skills in English.

- You have an advanced intermediate level of English.
- You are comfortable with computers, technology, and Microsoft 365.
- You are organized, self-disciplined, and have excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- You have a sense of responsibility and take your role seriously.
