Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy, on-time delivery, and service standards while monitoring workflows to proactively prevent service gaps. Supervise warehouse and yard teams regarding scheduling, productivity, and performance feedback, ensuring inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system updates. Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing health and safety regulations and C-TPAT standards, while resolving operational issues and client concerns. Organize yard and warehouse operations, including proper storage and material handling, and collaborate with logistics, production, and customer service teams. Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members. Based in Edmonton, reporting to the Distribution Center Manager.
