Bilingual Sales Coordinator at Richards Packaging Inc. to support Sales Account Executives, collaborate with Sales, Warehouse and Purchasing, analyze customer needs, provide high-quality customer service, develop and maintain client relationships, manage multiple priorities with attention to detail, stay updated on sales strategies and product introductions, handle inquiries on production, inventory and availability, and demonstrate strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with BC ERP as an asset. Fully bilingual French-English, 1+ year in sales or customer care, and a post-secondary credential or equivalent experience required. Monday–Friday, 40 hours; 100% in-office during training with potential for teleworking thereafter; standard business hours 8:00–16:00.
