Act as the human resource in safety on site, identifying risks and implementing solutions while ensuring compliance with company rules for workers, subcontractors, and suppliers. Conduct site surveillance to verify that personal protective equipment is conformant and properly used, and perform accident investigations and analyses when required. Document non-conformities during inspections of various work sites and follow up on corrections. Facilitate safety meetings on site to discuss issues with workers and collaborate closely with the SST manager and other organizational safety advisors. Requires CoSS certification, minimum three years of experience, and bilingual communication skills.
