Job Summary
Oversee the Montreal and Québec transaction pipeline from mandate through archiving, ensuring data integrity in Orbit and managing file closures while liaising with borrowers, lenders, legal counsel, and notaries. Champion regulatory compliance by managing AML/FINTRAC, KYC, and AMF reporting, and collaborate with the national Trust & Safety team to standardize best practices. Streamline operations by formatting CIMs, creating presentations, conducting market research, and designing standardized templates. Drive regional marketing by managing LinkedIn content, client gifts, and planning networking events. Manage departmental expenses, travel logistics, commissions, invoicing, and operational platform subscriptions. Requires 1–2 years of transaction coordination experience, bilingual proficiency, and on-site presence five days a week in Montreal.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, Communications, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience coordinating multiple commercial transactions, projects, or fast-paced operational workflows under tight deadlines
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Requires 5 days per week on-site presence at our Montreal office
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
- Experience in commercial real estate, commercial lending, financial services, or legal administration (with familiarity in AML/FINTRAC and corporate documentation)
- Experience with Orbit, Salesforce, or CRM deal management platforms
