Job Summary
Retail Store Coordinator to lead visual merchandising, customer service, and merchandise processing in Winners (TJX Canada) at Plaza Chateauguay. Responsibilities include driving operational excellence, training associates in merchandise presentation and service policies, maintaining high standards of customer service and store operations, planning and prioritizing tasks, and enhancing the store’s brand with effective displays. Requires 1-2 years retail or service experience, a collaborative mindset, and strong time-management and communication skills. Location: Chateauguay, QC, Canada. Salary range displayed in CAD per hour: $18.60–$23.25; additional compensation details to be determined at hiring.
