Job Summary
Coordinate the preparation, tracking, and communication of technical closure plans for each aircraft in alignment with short-term scheduling. Prioritize and harmonize stakeholder access to ensure plan adherence while following up on and assisting with resolving blockers such as RNC, BOI, and issues through exchanges with Operations and Support teams. Escalate critical points to the appropriate personnel and lead improvement projects to address process dependencies. Manage supplier recovery and VL/DL plans crossing the assembly line, providing first-level on-site support. Participate in E2EQG routines, including preparing and leading FOT meetings and contributing to monthly analysis and action tracking. Requires a degree in logistics, industrial engineering, or operations management with over seven years of manufacturing experience, ideally on the A220, and strong leadership skills. Fluency in French is mandatory; English is an asset. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package available.
Required Qualifications
- Baccalauréat en Logistique, Génie industriel, Gestion des Opérations ou Gestion de projet, ou un DEC en aéronautique avec une expérience professionnelle équivalente
- plus de 7 ans d'expérience dans les processus manufacturiers
- connaissance générale des dépendances entre les différentes positions
- connaissance détaillée des processus de planification, logistique, qualité et production
- fort leadership
- volonté de faire grandir vos collègues et les autres fonctions
- maîtrise du français (obligatoire)
- confortable en anglais
