Coordinate the preparation, tracking, and communication of technical closure plans for each aircraft in alignment with short-term scheduling. Prioritize and harmonize stakeholder access to ensure plan adherence while following up on and assisting with resolving blockers such as RNC, BOI, and issues through exchanges with Operations and Support teams. Escalate critical points to the appropriate personnel and lead improvement projects to address process dependencies. Manage supplier recovery and VL/DL plans crossing the assembly line, providing first-level on-site support. Participate in E2EQG routines, including preparing and leading FOT meetings and contributing to monthly analysis and action tracking. Requires a degree in logistics, industrial engineering, or operations management with over seven years of manufacturing experience, ideally on the A220, and strong leadership skills.
