Job Summary
Manage service request intake and prioritize tasks based on commissioning schedules and customer impact. Coordinate cross-functional responses with engineering, manufacturing, and logistics teams to prepare readiness documentation and support technician deployment. Track punch-list items, rework instructions, and closure timelines while driving follow-up to reduce cycle time and backlog aging. Submit staffing requests with detailed scope and site requirements, confirming readiness for tools, safety, and parts. Prepare structured updates and maintain dashboards for commissioning readiness and service performance. Integrate intake processes with commissioning workflows to improve schedule adherence and reduce rework delays.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in service or project coordination within a manufacturing, HVAC, or complex industrial environment
- Strong experience with ERP, CRM, and service management platforms
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate activities between engineering, operations, and field teams
- Availability to travel to job sites when required
- Professional proficiency in French
- Professional proficiency in English
