Coordinate order picking for store orders while managing multiple loops and maintaining workflow efficiency. Lead new colleagues through onboarding, execute system and inventory corrections, and monitor safety compliance on the floor. Coordinate staff scheduling during breaks and end-of-day shifts. Serve as the primary contact for the control room and technical team when processes stall. Improve work processes and applied systems based on floor observations. Available for evening shifts from 14:00 to 22:00.
