Job Summary
Organize and coordinate cleaning services at client sites and external locations, planning shifts, substitutions, and staff attendance. Monitor team performance, product usage, and equipment maintenance while preparing monthly reports. Coordinate and support work squads to ensure correct activity execution. Requires experience in cleaning service coordination, multi-service management, and personnel oversight within social cooperatives. Full Office suite proficiency needed. Part-time role (30 hours/week) based in Pontevico (BS) with initial 12-month fixed-term contract, potential for permanent conversion.
