Job Summary
Manage publisher and writer client accounts as the administrative point of contact for queries via Zendesk, ensuring all relevant composition information is secured before new agreements are signed. Maintain and optimize client account data to support efficient catalog registration, royalty collection, and ongoing administration. Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations to support accurate royalty statement production and distribution, while coordinating and delegating pre- and post-statement tasks. Design new processes to enhance team efficiency, tracking performance metrics to assess impact on productivity.
Required Qualifications
- previous relevant music administration and/or music publishing experience

- complete tasks accurately and efficiently
- excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

- confidence working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
