Job Summary
Develop training systems, processes, and procedures while implementing Lean processes and audit safety and quality. Create and manage OJT curriculum, documentation, and a train-the-trainer program through one-on-one and group instruction. Observe qualified operators, demonstrate tasks, review trainee proficiency, and maintain qualification data. Actively engage team members to improve the training program and facilitate meetings within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Adhere to all safety procedures, PPE usage, and work overtime or varied shifts as needed. Selected individuals receive coaching from the training center and Human Relations Development.

- Strong Written and verbal skills
- Computer skills – MS Office

Desired Qualifications
